President’s Message

​

It's Harvest Time at the Ramona Woman's Club!  A new "crop" of Programs has been "plucked" for members to enjoy.  The Literary Section has "collected" a variety of books to share as well as "seasonal treats."

​

Fundraisers will include successful favorites such as the Cool Summer Luncheon with "bountiful" foods, Bakeless Bake Sale, the Spring Fiesta Fashion Show providing a catered luncheon.  In 2023 Ramona students "reaped" the rewards of our efforts with three scholarships of one thousand dollars each for a total of $3,000.  Ramona Community Nonprofits including the Ramona Senior Center, Ramona Chamber of Commerce's Christmas tree project and Guy B. Woodward Museum were "picked" to receive three hundred dollars each for a total of $900.  Members will be encouraged to "gather" friends and relatives to join our group.

By our Fall "harvest" our hundred-year-old clubhouse will have been refurbished with exterior wood repair and a "fresh" coat of paint.  We look forward to seeing everyone as we "plant" another year of memories and friendships.
