to Club members or members of the community as necessary. She is also responsible for the Club's general correspondence.
HOSTESSES

If an emergency prevents you from being a hostess when you are scheduled, call the above Chairwoman. A replacement needs to be scheduled. The Club employs a dishwasher for monthly general meetings. All members are requested to serve as hostesses for our monthly meetings. Each hostess for the meetings provides refreshments of their choice.
Card party hostesses set tables, and the Club provides coffee and water. The hostesses provide a dessert for all.
